The sale of a controlling 26 percent stake in Israel Discount Bank to a group led by U.S. businessman Matthew Bronfman will be signed on Tuesday afternoon, the Finance Ministry said.
The ministry has agreed to sell 26 percent of Israel’s third largest bank to the Bronfman-led group for 1.3 billion shekels ($297 million).
Finance Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will attend the signing ceremony at 1300 GMT in Tel Aviv.
