Buffalo, NY – Capital Management Services, a rapidly growing bill collection firm, announced plans Thursday to add 300 jobs, many at its new facility on Niagara Street in the Riverside section. Company officials and politicians called it a step solidifying the company’s commitment to Buffalo.

“This truly represents what is the very best in job creation and neighborhood investment,” said Mayor Anthony M. Masiello.

Most of the current 130 employees at the 2207 Niagara St. office live in the city, much like the more than 470 employees at the company’s office in the Larkin at Exchange building. Capital Management will be adding jobs at both facilities. The locations were selected, in part, because they are easy for employees to get to.

With more than 600 employees, Capital Management has grown considerably since it began in September 2000. From November 2002 to 2003, the company went from 125 to 500 employees, and with more than 78,000 square feet at both facilities, there is ample space to accommodate twice the current employment, company officials said.
