Receivables Management Solutions, Inc. (RMS) located in W. St. Paul, MN is excited to announce the hiring of Howard Knauer. Mr. Knauer will assume the position of President and work together with company owner and now, CEO Robert Dunham.


Howard most recently was Managing Director at Bear Stearns for eCast Settlement Corp. a major debt purchaser. In his thirty year career Howard has acquired broad experience in Consumer Collections and Risk Management and Credit. He has held key management positions in the fields at Fleet Credit Card Services, Citibank and American Express. In addition, he previously held management positions at two national collection agencies.

RMS has grown into a nationally recognized agency that specializes in working late stage placement for both creditors and debt buyers. Established in 1996, Today, RMS has grown to into an agency employing over 200 collection representatives. In a 31,000 sq. foot facility the near future plans are to fill the made for collections building.


This is not the first time in which Mr. Dunham and Mr. Knauer have worked together. They formally worked together in the early 90?s while with Credit Converters (ABI). ?Mr. Knauer is the final piece of the puzzle for RMS? states Mr. Dunham. The collection team now at RMS has many of the same managers that made Credit Converters one of the nations top collection agency.


Mr. Dunham now assumes the role of CEO and plans to move the company forward to expand operations and revenue to be among the top privately held companies in the industry. As the columnist for the ?Recovery Advisor? magazine, Mr. Dunham has used his work experience starting as a skip tracer then into a collector to gain the respect of the industries top issuers and buyers.
