PHOENIX, AZ – MiniSoft, Inc., the leading developer of Revenue Enhancement/Accounts Receivable (ARCS) Collection software, today announced that it has entered into a business agreement with Cash Management Solutions (CMS) to license its Collection Systems software under the private brand label “ARMS,” to streamline and automate CMS’ collection processes and integrate them into one application. CMS is dedicated to providing accounts receivable (AR) services to help professional firms including accounting, law, consulting, engineering and others.

CMS signed a two-year agreement with MiniSoft to license its Collection Systems software, ARCS. ARCS is a complete accounts receivable collections software package that provides the professional service and legal industry with solutions they need to implement a highly successful and efficient AR collections strategy.
