Judy Hammond, president of Resource Management Services, Inc., will speak at Ontario Systems? Annual Educational Conference. The conference will be November 5-8 in downtown Indianapolis.

As part of the conference?s executive track, Hammond will discuss trends and key performance indicators every industry executive should measure.

The AEC also will include a presentation by Tim Searcy, chief executive officer of American Teleservices Association. He will lead a panel discussion on how pending telecommunications legislation could impact the debt collection industry. Other executive track sessions include discussions on nearshoring/offshoring, improving collection efficiency and measuring dialer success.
