U.S. financial regulators and the Federal Trade Commission said on Wednesday they are seeking comment to develop new guidelines for the accuracy and integrity of information furnished to consumer credit reporting agencies, according to a report by Reuters.


The agencies said the guidelines are required for the implementation of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions (FACT) Act.
