TeleTech Holdings, Inc., a leading global business process outsourcing (BPO) provider, today announced that it is ranked in the top 100 on the InformationWeek 500 list. TeleTech’s exact rank will be revealed at the InformationWeek 500 Conference in Rancho Mirage, California, the week of September 10.
For the past 18 years, InformationWeek has identified and honored the nation’s most innovative users of information technology with its annual listing. The list is unique among corporate rankings because it spotlights the power of innovation in information technology, rather than simply identifying the biggest IT spenders.

More than 75 percent of TeleTech’s 41,000 employees have been converted to EMPOWER to date.
