Consumer confidence took a hit in May, according to a MarketWatch story. After a bewitching April, where consumer confidence hit a four year high, May opened eyes and things didn?t appear as rosy as they did in the early light of spring.



Economists claim they knew things weren?t working out so well between consumers and their confidence, and predicted a slip. Said decline was not as large as forecasted ? but that doesn?t stop them from feeling like they knew all along.
