Debt Collection Agency to Open New State-of-the-Art Call Center in Phoenix, AZ

Merchants? Credit Guide Co., the nation?s fastest growing debt collection agency, announces the opening of its new call center in July 2006.

The focus of business at Merchants? Credit Guide?s new call center will be consumer and commercial debt collection. The new facility for the accounts receivable management firm will be located in Phoenix, Arizona at 3137 E. Elwood Street, Suite 170.

While many debt collector and ARM agencies are outsourcing jobs overseas, Merchants? Credit Guide believes in hiring from within the United States. The debt collector has partnered with landlord RREEF to build a world class call center in Phoenix, which was designed by DFDia.

Credit Guide?s new call center will consist of 15,000 square feet, house 150 collector stations and initially employ approximately 40 account managers.
