ER Solutions Finds New Call Center Home in Atlanta

ER Solutions, Inc. (ERS), a Convergent Resources, Inc. company, announced today they have occupied 47,386 square feet of leased space at 219 Perimeter Center, Atlanta, Georgia in Atlanta’s Perimeter Mall area. ERS has relocated more than 350 call center agents to the new facility where they occupy over a third of the building.

Equity Office Properties Trust, the lessor, operating through its various subsidiaries and affiliates, is the nation’s largest publicly held office building owner and manager with a total office portfolio of 607 buildings comprising 113.3 million square feet.

ERS relocated its Atlanta call center from nearby One Ravinia to 219 Perimeter Center largely because of the property’s location in Atlanta’s thriving Perimeter Mall area. Peter Picciocca, COO of ERS’ parent company, Convergent Resources, Inc., said, “We’ve viewed several options in the Central Perimeter area as part of our office space search, but ultimately, Equity Office was able to create a leasing solution tailored to our short ? and long-term business goals. Additionally, the existing infrastructure and contiguous space layout at 219 Perimeter Center offered operational efficiencies that we required for our Atlanta call center.”
