The Credit Services Association (CSA), the voice of the UK debt collection industry, has radically overhauled and re-launched its website, offering a readily accessible, in-depth insight into the CSA and the services it provides, including dedicated pages to training and the Debt Buyers and Sellers Group (DBSG).
The new, user-friendly site is easily navigable, featuring a news and event panel, and links to detailed information and specialist resources (such as a library and online shop), easily accessible from the homepage.
CSA members can log into a secure area on the site, gaining access to further information, and practical services, all as part of the CSA’s aim to serve and protect the interests of its members, and its commitment to industry issues, values and best practice.
“The modern design is in line with the reputation of the CSA, and its mission to improve transparency and professionalism within the debt collection industry”, explains marketing manager Amanda Tait. “The practical design and colour scheme is in keeping with the CSA brand identity, and being very easy to navigate, the new site is welcoming and user-friendly to browsers searching for information.
“The association is continuing to grow and develop at a rapid rate, and we felt the website needed to move forward to reflect this. The comprehensive new site offers greater information and services, and added value for CSA members all at the click of a mouse.”
