Acxiom® Corporation today announced the introduction of Acxiom RapidProspects, a quick-to-deploy, business-to-consumer marketing database solution designed to help mid-tier companies more successfully acquire new customers.

“RapidProspects offers clients in the retail bank, automotive and insurance industries quicker, more affordable and easier access to the most desirable prospects – and at the same time enables them to shorten time to market for customer acquisition campaigns,” Acxiom Client Services Organization Leader Jeff Stalnaker said.

Acxiom RapidProspects gives mid-tier marketers browser-based access to campaign-ready, demographically enhanced prospects, enabling them to more quickly and cost-effectively acquire new customers. The new closed-loop solution is powered by many of the company’s globally recognized capabilities, including AbiliTec®-driven customer data integration (CDI), InfoBase® data, and database management, deployed in an industry-specific prospect database, Stalnaker said. Acxiom RapidProspects also tracks promotions and consumer responses over time, enabling more precise analytic capabilities – which can then be used to improve the effectiveness of future marketing efforts.

“By increasing the effectiveness of promotions, improving the targeting and segmentation processes, and reducing the campaign cycle times, RapidProspects gives marketers in mid-tier sectors a much needed competitive advantage,” he said as Acxiom unveiled the new solution at this week’s American Bankers Association Marketing Conference in Chicago.

Other key features of the solution include high-quality InfoBase prospect data, a quick 45-day implementation cycle, no hardware or software investment, a user-friendly interface, customer support, and the ability to integrate and access data that companies have licensed from up to three credit bureau sources.

Acxiom has a renowned track record of successfully implementing and maintaining largely customized databases for the largest financial services companies in the United States.

As noted by Forrester Research’s recent report, The Forrester Wave™: Database Marketing Service Providers, Q1 2006, January 10, 2006, Acxiom is a strong performer among database marketing service providers, and it also received the top score for market presence.

“Consumer data and technology are the soul of (Acxiom’s) business, a focus that it has parlayed into top-tier acquisition marketing and data processing services,” the Forrester report noted.

With today’s announcement of an easier-to-deploy packaged solution, mid-tier companies now can benefit from the business value Acxiom marketing solutions deliver with a more fitting installation timeframe and return-on-investment model.
