Discover Financial Services, the credit-card unit of Morgan Stanley, marked a milestone in its expansion into China on Monday with a photo opportunity in an unlikely place: a New York City department store.
Discover and China UnionPay, a Chinese payment network, agreed in May to accept each other’s cards on their networks, which Discover touted as a win for its merchants and cardholders given the growing economic links and tourism between the two countries.
