General Service Bureau Inc. (GSB) along with its sister organization Early Out Services, Inc. (EOS), national leaders in account recovery solutions, today announced a combined total of more than 100 full-time employees, a new benchmark for organizational growth.

“Our commitment to customer care and ethical business practices sets us apart,” said Robert Leavitt, Chairman of the Board of GSB/EOS. “That’s why we’ve been able to grow and add new capabilities even in a down economy. Our clients know they have a sound, trusted partner that will be here for them through good and bad times.”

According to the Federal Trade Commission, the accounts recovery industry is targeted in more consumer complaints than any other specific field. In a climate of mistrust and widespread confusion over the proper role of recovery organizations, GSB was recognized with the Better Business Bureau’s 2007 Integrity Award while EOS was recognized with the award in 2010. The Integrity Award honors businesses that demonstrate exemplary ethical business practices with key stakeholders including customers, employees and the community at large.

At the same time, the GSB/EOS approach to business has proven to be effective. With a growing client roster focused on the health care industry, the company has increased revenues and expanded its employee base to meet increasing demand. Founded in 1946, the Omaha-based company has a long tradition of ethical practices and industry-leading safeguards. Certified since 2004 under ACA International’s Professional Practices Management System, both GSB and EOS train all employees on best practices regarding consumer privacy, lawful means of contact and more.

Early Out Services, Inc. (EOS) and General Service Bureau, Inc. (GSB) are two separate companies that operate under the same mission of enhancing the financial well-being of others. EOS and GSB collectively comprise a family-owned and operated organization. Since 1946, the Omaha, Nebraska based group has been a leader in healthcare receivables management services for healthcare organizations nationwide. EOS delivers first-party self-pay management and insurance follow-up/resolution programs to the healthcare industry, operating as an extension of the business office, while GSB provides primary and secondary third-party bad debt recovery services to the healthcare industry.
