LAS VEGAS (DBA International Annual Conference, Booth #601) – The debt collection solution from Latitude Software, an Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. (Nasdaq: ININ) company, has been selected by Constar Financial Services LLC, an affiliate company of Empereon Marketing LLC.

Constar is replacing an existing Artiva product from Ontario Systems with Latitude Center, the vendor’s core product for managing all pre- and post-charge-off accounts and the entire collection workflow process.

Latitude was chosen because of its software’s user-friendly interface, scalability, and business processes automation capabilities.

In addition to Latitude Center, Constar purchased Latitude Automation Suite, Latitude Exchange, and Latitude Web Access. These applications provide functionality for automating account treatment strategies and file delivery; rapidly developing and executing data import and export jobs between disparate systems; and sharing real-time reporting and account information between the client and its customers via a secure Web portal.
