Europe’s leading debt collector, Intrum Justitia, has resolved to outsource its field services division to a team led by former UK and Ireland managing director John Easden. The new field company ? Face2Face Contact Limited ? will work closely with Intrum Justitia in the areas of field collections and specialist field services.
Marcel Van Es, Intrum Justitia’s Regional MD for UK, Ireland and Benelux, said: ?This initiative will enhance the level of service that we offer to our clients. The transaction is one of a number of improvement initiatives underway at Intrum Justitia and will allow increased investment and greater focus to be applied to the highly specialist area of field services.
Mr van Es continued: ?Our restructuring program in England is continuing according to plan and we expect to generate a profit in the fourth quarter 2006.?
John Easden, managing director of Face2Face Contact, said: ?As a specialist provider we will be dedicated to delivering outstanding results from field activity, which will enable Intrum Justitia to provide their clients with improved value and service.?
To ensure total continuity of service to clients, all contractual relationships will remain with Intrum Justitia with the new field operation taking over current personnel, systems and premises. Furthermore there will be no change in areas such as contact points, management information or current contractual terms.
