A fantastic article by Valerie Miller of the Las Vegas Business Press Monday laid out the struggle many collection agencies are facing in their attempt to juggle compliance with the FDCPA and adherence to the growing body of case law that seems to contradict The Act.


The article focuses on the conundrum created by lawsuits that punish debt collectors for not properly identifying themselves on voice messages while ignoring the fact that doing so could be a violation of the FDCPA?s third-party disclosure clause.
